Amix™ BCAA Gold is a tablet form of branched amino acids L-Leucine, L-isoleucine, L-Valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. Essential amino acids are among the basic components of proteins that support the formation and maintenance of muscles. 1000mg BCAA in one tablet.
Recommended dosage: The basic daily dose is 3 tablets. Take 3 tablets 30-60 minutes before physical activity or 3 tablets immediately after physical activity. Drink plenty of water.
