The sale of goods through the online store www.american-supplements.com does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Slovak Republic, Hungary, Czech Republic but is governed by U.S. law.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the legal relations between USA SUPP - TRADING GROUP LLC, 8 THE GREEN, STE A, DOVER 19901, DE, Company Number: 7683288 (hereinafter referred to as "seller") and each person who is a buyer of goods offered by the seller through the online store www.american-supplements.com, arising from the purchase of the specified goods.

The rights and obligations of the parties to the purchase contract are governed by the legal regulations on purchase contracts under Section 588 et seq. in conjunction with Section 612 et seq. of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as "CC").

By confirming an order, the buyer agrees to the GTC and undertakes to comply with them. Deviations from these GTC are possible only based on a written agreement between the seller and the buyer.

If the seller and buyer conclude a written purchase contract that includes terms deviating from the GTC, the provisions of such a purchase contract take precedence over the GTC.

DEFINITIONS OF BASIC TERMS

"Buyer" means a natural or legal person who has ordered and paid for goods through the online store www.american-supplements.com (hereinafter referred to as "buyer").

"Recipient" means a natural or legal person to whom the ordered goods are to be delivered (hereinafter referred to as "recipient").

"Goods" refers to products ordered through the online store www.american-supplements.com (hereinafter referred to as "goods").

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

The seller is obliged to:

• Deliver the goods to the recipient in the agreed quantity and quality,
• Enable the recipient to acquire ownership rights to the goods.

The seller has the right to receive proper payment of the purchase price from the buyer for the delivered goods.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

The buyer is obliged to:

• Pay the purchase price to the seller when ordering the goods,
• Not damage the good name and reputation of the seller,
• Provide complete and accurate information in the order.

The buyer has the right to have the goods delivered to the recipient specified in the order in the quantity, quality, time, and place determined by the buyer.

ORDER – CONTRACT FORMATION

The buyer can select goods from the online store www.american-supplements.com for delivery to the recipient.

The contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer, which is considered a distance contract under Act No. 102/2014 Coll., as amended, arises upon confirmation by the seller (via email) to the buyer. The seller must confirm the establishment of the contractual relationship with the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the order. All further information regarding the order will be sent to the buyer's provided email address.

The buyer is required to fill in all order details truthfully and accurately; otherwise, they are responsible for any non-delivery of goods or any damage caused to the seller due to incorrectly or incompletely provided information.

The buyer will receive a confirmation email about the completed order.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL

The order can be canceled free of charge until it is confirmed by sending an email to the seller (info@american-supplements.com).

The seller has the right to cancel an order and withdraw from the contract if, due to the unavailability of goods, they cannot deliver the goods to the buyer within the required timeframe or at the price listed in the online store www.american-supplements.com despite all reasonable efforts.

If the purchase price or part of it has already been paid, the funds will be refunded to the buyer's specified account within 14 days of the valid cancellation of the order.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. After this period, this right expires (in accordance with Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act for Distance Selling, Act No. 122/2013 Coll.). The consumer has the right to unpack and test the goods in a manner usual when purchasing in a traditional "brick-and-mortar" store, to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods. Testing does not mean starting to use the goods and returning them after several days.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, all mutual performances must be returned or compensated. If the returned goods have reduced value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality, only a proportionate part of the purchase price corresponding to the value of the returned goods will be refunded.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, they must deliver the goods at their own expense in a secure manner (by parcel service, courier, or in person) to the address provided in writing or electronically within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract. We strongly recommend insuring the goods.

The goods must be returned along with all documents related to them that the buyer received at the time of purchase, delivery, and receipt.

For hygiene reasons, nutritional supplements with broken packaging cannot be returned.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The buyer has the following delivery options:

• Courier service. Stocked goods are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If the ordered goods are not in stock, the buyer will be informed.

The buyer is obliged to accept the goods from the carrier. We recommend checking the package integrity, number of packages, and immediately contacting the seller in case of discrepancies.

An invoice or tax document will be included in the package.

PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The operator reserves the right to change product prices. The prices listed in the e-shop may vary, and the buyer is not entitled to claim a different price than previously agreed upon.

All product prices and charges in the e-shop are stated including VAT.

The buyer is required to pay for the goods. The order and subsequent purchase take place through the e-shop following the steps, methods, and order specified therein.

The buyer can pay for the ordered goods by:

• Cash on delivery – fee €5.

Shipping costs based on order value:

• Purchases up to €150 – shipping € 5.
• Purchases over €150 – free shipping.

WARRANTY

The operator provides a 24-month warranty on goods unless stated otherwise. The warranty period starts on the day the buyer receives the goods. The buyer must read the instructions and warranty conditions before first use.
